Craftsmanship

Our team of dedicated skilled craftspeople are proud to produce luxury upholstery at our Long Eaton factory.

As well as highly skilled craftspeople, we have careers in planning, quality, and logistics.

We look for people who can work to the highest standards, whether that is in precision sewing or pattern matching complex designs!

Design & Development

Our design studio and development are responsible for keeping Duresta at the forefront of interior style. Our teams of creative designers and skilled developers continuously develop our designs to create pure, lasting comfort as well as market-leading luxury collections.

We look for people who are innovative and creative! You will have a flair for fabric selection, keeping up-to-date with the latest design trends and market requirements.

Commercial

Like all businesses, we require essential administrative and support functions to build and manage Duresta efficiently.

We are always looking for individuals who specialise in Finance, Sales, Customer Support, and Purchasing.

We look for people who are team players, with great communication and IT skills!

Graduates

As a Duresta Graduate, you will be joining highly skilled and experienced teams and will be given the opportunity to take on responsibility and work on key business projects.

Apprentices

Duresta Apprenticeships are designed for individuals who want to make the most of the hands-on training that we offer.

This can be in upholstery, sewing, customer service, or administration.

Becoming an apprentice means that you will be starting a long and rewarding career! We search for people with a passion for learning and the determination to succeed.

I have had a fantastic opportunity to learn the upholstery trade from highly skilled craftspeople that have worked in the business for many years. Since completing my apprenticeship I progressed into a new role within the quality department, now I have a broader role supporting requirements across the breadth of the Duresta business. I am excited to continue developing my skills and seeing where they can take me in the future.”
