We must inform you that we are experiencing some delays due to challenges from the pandemic, increased demand for Duresta furniture and, our recent factory move. We are continuing to invest in our platforms, processes and people to ensure we can meet this new increase demand. Who should I contact for an update about my order?

As your contract of sale lies with your retailer, you should contact your retailer from where you purchased your furniture. We are keeping all our retail partners regularly appraised to ensure they can update you, their customers

What are your current lead times?

Current lead times for your Duresta order are up to 14-20 weeks for certain models. Your retailer will be able to provide you with more detailed information

I have already been waiting some time for my order.

We are incredibly sorry for the delay and appreciate that you may have already waited some time for your furniture. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Your order is incredibly important to us.

Why is my order delayed?

2020/21 has been an extremely challenging time for the world. Our industry has suffered like many others from the long periods of lockdowns followed by delays created by the interrupted global supply of raw materials, components and fabrics.

Additionally, here at Duresta, we are currently transitioning to our new home, a new state of the art manufacturing facility in Nottinghamshire. Compounding with the issues above, the transfer has taken a little longer than we had initially planned, affecting our delivery schedules.

Our teams are working 7 days a week to ensure your furniture arrives with you as soon as possible.
