As Sales Office Manager you will have responsibility for ensuring best in class customer service and sales support for our retail customers and the wider business.

Managing the sales office team, you will coordinate sales liaison activity across the team and take responsibility for key accounts within the UK. As well as reporting on sales office activity, you will implement and manage quality and customer service standards as well as identifying customer service trends.

Working with other senior managers in the business, you will resolve any productivity issues to ensure the smooth processing of orders through the factory.

You will have previous experience in managing customer service teams, have a methodical approach to planning work and be able to work on your own initiative and to tight deadlines. Ideally, you will have experience within the furniture or related industry.
