Sales Liaison – maternity cover
We wish to recruit for maternity cover within the Sales Office. Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the smooth progress of orders through our production process from initial order acknowledging, maintaining contact through to delivery, ensuring despatch dates are met.
- Maintaining regular pro-active contact with Group Accounts, Independent retailers, customers and Sales Managers.
- Ensuring all calls are answered in a timely manner and where queries arise liaise with Directors, Sales Managers and factory as appropriate to ensure prompt resolution.
To be successful in this role candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, professional telephone manner and strong organisation skills. In addition, good IT skills are essential and experience of the AS400 would be an advantage. Working as part of a small team, candidates must be able to support other team members and carry out other duties as required.
