Order Processing Associate
In order to meet the increase in customer orders, we are recruiting an Order Processing Associate to join the Sales Office.
Key responsibilities will be
- Acknowledging customer orders within agreed timescales
- Acknowledging service repairs, ensuring information is cross-referenced against original order
- Liaising with relevant Sales Liaison or Sales Manager regarding any queries.
To be successful in this role candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, be able to work on own initiative and have strong organisation skills.
In addition, good IT skills are essential and experience of the AS400 and/or Microsoft Dynamics AX would be an advantage.
Working as part of a small team, candidates must be able to support other team members and carry out other duties as required.
